Welcome to Chariot Experiences! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your participation in our travel experiences. By accessing our website or booking a trip, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older to book a trip.
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
- By booking, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
a. Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the Amount is required to secure a spot.
- Full payment is due 7 days before departure.
- Failure to complete payment may result in trip cancellation without refund.
b. Cancellation by the Traveler
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@chariotexperiences.com.
- Refunds (excluding non-refundable deposits) follow this schedule:
- o 60+ days before departure: 75% refund
- o 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
- o Less than 30 days: No refund
c. Cancellation by Chariot Experiences
- We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may receive a full refund or credit for a future trip.
- We are not responsible for additional costs (e.g., flights, visas, personal expenses).
4. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
- You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: transportation delays, natural disasters, illness, injury, accidents, and political instability.
- Chariot Experiences is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage during the trip.
- You participate at your own risk and release Chariot Experiences from any claims arising from travel-related incidents.
5. Travel Insurance Requirement
- All travelers must purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and trip interruptions.
- Chariot Experiences is not responsible for travelers without insurance.
6. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
- Flights, accommodations, and activities may be provided by third-party vendors.
- Chariot Experiences is not liable for issues related to these third parties.
7. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
- We are not responsible for changes due to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.
8. Health & Fitness Requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit for the trip.
- You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
9. Conduct & Dismissal Policy
- Travelers must behave respectfully toward fellow travelers and guides.
- We reserve the right to remove disruptive travelers without refund.
10. Indemnification Clause
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chariot Experiences from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in our trips.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
- Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Ghana.

By booking with Chariot Experiences, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
